Spring Camporee

Thank you to all who attended our 2024 spring camporee and made this event possible!

We had a great weekend at Stearns Scout Camp for this year's Spring Camporee! We had a total of 855 attendees, including staff, at camp May 17-19, with almost 600 Scouts BSA participants working on the American Heritage, Citizenship in the Nation and Indian Lore Merit Badges, as well as participating in Climbing, Shooting Sports, Inflatable Axe Throwing, and a whole host of other activities!

We had reenactors from several time periods present at the event, with the New Ulm Battery bringing their Civil War-era cannon to display. There were several active duty service members from the St. Cloud National Guard reserve present to help Scouts work on requirements for some of the Merit Badges, and talk about their time serving in the National Guard.
